Cladding | Enamelled Glass

Low-temperature ceramic frit glass, made with organic ink at 250˚C, is characterized with smooth surface, fine shading effects and good anti-aging performance.

Enamelled glass is tempered or heat-strengthened glass, one face of which is covered, either partially or totally, with mineral pigments. Enamelled glass is produced by depositing special mineral pigments on the glass surface which vitrify at the annealing or tempering temperatures. This is a stable, non-biodegradable deposit, and can be made in one or more colours, and in different figures (tips, letters, pads). In addition to its decorative function, Enamelled glass is also a solar ray controller. Enamelled glass is used for glazing and for cladding in facades and roofs. It can be assembled into laminated glass or glazed insulation.
1. The colour and pattern is variable and of many choices. Besides, it bears strong resistance against the colour fading and against the acid and alkali.
2. The colour and patterns can be designed at the request of customers.
3. The ceramic surface has the energy-saving function of reflecting part of solar heat.
4. Special function of decoration is very popular in building’s interior decoration to beautify those less good-looking parts.
